Scope

Housing DevelopmentSocial Infrastructure

A low-cost housing development focused on dignity and longevity — simple, robust homes arranged to foster safe, connected and liveable neighbourhoods.

The brief called for a building that would serve its community for generations. Our response balances function with feeling — clear circulation, durable detailing and a calm material palette drawn from its surroundings. Spaces are arranged to invite people in and to weather the demands of daily public use with grace.
