An electrical substation reframed as considered architecture — robust, secure and rectilinear, with a refined material palette that respects its civic context.

The brief called for a building that would serve its community for generations. Our response balances function with feeling — clear circulation, durable detailing and a calm material palette drawn from its surroundings. Spaces are arranged to invite people in and to weather the demands of daily public use with grace.
