Scope

Architectural Design3D Visualisation

A contemporary mixed-use commercial building expressed in board-formed concrete — industrial honesty balanced with proportion, light and a calm interior.

The brief called for a building that would serve its community for generations. Our response balances function with feeling — clear circulation, durable detailing and a calm material palette drawn from its surroundings. Spaces are arranged to invite people in and to weather the demands of daily public use with grace.
