Scope

Housing DevelopmentProject Management

A dignified housing development delivering quality homes at scale — efficient planning, durable materials and a strong sense of community at street level.

The brief called for a building that would serve its community for generations. Our response balances function with feeling — clear circulation, durable detailing and a calm material palette drawn from its surroundings. Spaces are arranged to invite people in and to weather the demands of daily public use with grace.
